Two concerns I have about Ignatieff.
First is his support of ballistic missle defence. How much would that cost given the gun registry fiasco? And how effective would bmd be as a deterrant? Money there means less $ for education and the environment.
Secondly, is his ambiguity and attempts to dinstiguish between torture and 'coercive interragation'. Putting prisoners in hoods and blasting AC/DC at them for 8 hours (hello Abu Gharaib/Guantanomo) is torture no?
Maybe it's because I'm a Habs fan but I'll support Dryden instead. 1968 was only 3 years before he won the cup as a rookie...
