As a former AC employee (full disclosure) I believe WS got off easy. $15M is mice-nuts but there was damage to their brand. By acknowleding they were wrong puts a hole in their 'we'er the underdog' mantra. It could have been worse for WS if AC wasn't known for their poor treatment of customers, partners (tango fare decision with GDS) and employees.
