I would tend to agree with you Sulemaan. In terms of brand impact and the potential of a $220m payout if the suit had been successful, WS got off easy. I also note that this agreement cleaned up whatever stock price overhang that potential payout may have been causing - on the TSX, WJA closed up C$0.55 on Monday at C$11.63 on this news. - Stuart
